I AM the Bread of Life

To maintain a healthy daily nutrition which includes staying hydrated. Breakfast for me can be left overs from the night before. Pizza covers dairy because it has cheese, vegetables because I enjoy bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, that’s me. lately I’ll make my own pizza by using flat bread. Pitta bread, Naan bread depending what I have in the freezer. Pizza sauce no problem I’ll open tomato sauce and just make a small amount.

Some people can eat pizza as a weekly meal. Economically frozen or homemade may become affordable when your on a tight budget.

What is your sustenance?

A daily salad? A frozen meal, stir fry, pasta with vegetables? Steak and potatoes? Just to name a few options.

John 6:5 NKJV “Then Jesus lifted up His eyes, and seeing a great multitude coming toward Him, He said to Philip, “Where shall we buy bread, that these may eat?” Bible scripture refers to Jesus Christ as the bread of life for those who identify being a Christian.

I can laugh and say, I prefer pizza and a salad as a side. Can’t forget to have the meal with healthy water. Personally I prefer hibiscus sweet tea.

Brain Fatigue & Hydration Really?

To think I have been stubborn with neglecting my health. I don’t like taking pills including vitamins but this month I have added vitamins. Magnesium, B6 and B12.

Amazingly I’ve been able to maintain my eyes open. My eyes normally feel dry. Today I have been more aware of my hydration. Yesterday forget it, I called it quits by 6pm. How quickly did I give in and give up for the day. Today because of my healthy awareness the time is 5:32 pm.

Praise God for everything.
Thank you heavenly Father for my breath of life.
Thank you for the roof over my head and the food provided on the table.
Apostle Paul states our life is like running a race. We are like athletes training our bodies in preparation to get a crown at the finish line.
We are heaven bound. Our Father will crown us at the end when we cross the finish line.
