To think I have been stubborn with neglecting my health. I don’t like taking pills including vitamins but this month I have added vitamins. Magnesium, B6 and B12.
Amazingly I’ve been able to maintain my eyes open. My eyes normally feel dry. Today I have been more aware of my hydration. Yesterday forget it, I called it quits by 6pm. How quickly did I give in and give up for the day. Today because of my healthy awareness the time is 5:32 pm.


I am glad you are making an essential step to better health. Taking magnesium and B vitamins could reduce tiredness and fatigue to allow our brains to function properly.
